Hello Im George, I have slightly pain in my jaw bone area. I recent got a lump between my chest and neck near the throat area. I have really been careless with unprotected sex. I had sex with 8 different people unprotected. I take a HIV test in June at West Mall in Atlanta. Iam normal not active in sex but I was taking some pescription medicine for my Bipolar and Scphrenzina Disorder. The pills for some reason gave me a high sex drive. I had sexually intercourse, and oral sex. I HOPE DONT HAVE HIV.
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have pain in the jaw bone . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like TMJ problem , muscle spasm , bruxism , arthritis or cervical spondylosis . But in your case the symptoms are probably due to bruxism. I would suggest you to consult orthopedic surgeon for proper examination . Doctor may order CT scan , MRI or physical examination by asking you to do particular movement for shoulder . Doctor may also refer you to dentist for TMJ problem or bruxism, who may give night guard and suggest massage for relaxing facial muscles . Infection in tooth can also cause jaw bone pain . For now apply warm compresses and take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain .
Hope your concern has been resolved.

Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
