Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Knee After Injury

My 2 year old son was tackled by his older cousin and has been limping ever since (this was a couple of hours ago). He seems to have hurt his knee. We gave him Tylenol and put him to bed but my concern is if he is still limping tomorrow, should I take him to the ER? It will be 2 more days until I could possibly get him into a clinic and we re supposed to be traveling out of state on that day (Monday).

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it is better to treat this condition with anti-inflammatory drug and best options is Ibuprofen, just wait for few days and it will be fine, if it is the history of some injury then better to get done the x-ray hope this information helps.
