Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Knee And Leg
My knees hurt constantly, and when I straighten my left leg fully it shakes. I am a 26 year old dance teacher. I do a lot of dancing and heavy spotting in my tumbling classes. I ve had an x Ray and nothing is torn. The first doctor told me I had tendinitis, and the second said Bersitis. I don t know what it is, or how to fix it, but it s really becoming a problem.

The symptoms seem to be related to tendinitis due to overuse. I suggest to use painkillers such as Ibuprofen. I also suggest using cold compresses at the knee pain. I also suggest the rest of the knee.
