Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Knee Caused By An Iron Rod
hello sir,
I'm Prashanth and i'm 27 y's old ,male 5.7' height 67 kgs .Two years ago i hurt my knee with a blend iron rod in the same spot twice.i'm now working in a construction project for the past 1 year where i need to walk and climb steps a lot ,and now i recognized the pain in my left knee.I have consulted a doctor and he said that "the cartilage between the two bones of the knee is very low and there is only a very slight gap ,and once cartilage is lost it is lost and we can do nothing for that except protecting the remaining cartilage by taking some precautions" .
can you please give me the information on this whether is there any cure for this either by doing any surgery or in ayurveda .
