Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Left Forearm

Pain in left fore arm, from elbow to mid arm. No numbness or tingle in hand but instead have stiffness in fingers (thumb not so much) No swelling, discoloration, or misshapen of arm/fingers. Arm is tender to touch with massage giving relief. It s like muscles/tendons are tight and need constant stretching. I work at computer 10-12 hours a day. Symptoms started 3-4 months ago. 50 yrs old.
