Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Leg And Lower Back With NHL

My nephew has NHL his legs and stomach are very swallen he suffered quite a lot of pain. He has had a lymph biosy and fluid keeps pouring out of the incision. he has been on a drip for a few days due to dehidtration but they have stopped this because he was suffering from shortness of breath.. He had ceimotherapy two years ago but his illness has returned but this time he is suffering more pain in the legs and lower back area
