Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Lower Abdomen

Hello my name is Alexander and I m a 22 year old male , I was getting center abdominal pain that would go to my left side of my chest , i felt very sick , down , sad and weak i lost 15 pounds and didn t even know , I lost my muscle gains , I went to the hospital and they my heart X-ray , blood and urine , everything came out good so I went to my doctor and they did a stool test , I was diagnosed with h pylori , I still get pain here and there but not as much my problem is that I m having a strong stomach pulse , and I m getting lower abdominal pain around wait like and right testicle pain! Why ? Please help

Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to gastritis. H.Pylori is one of the common causes of gastritis. I suggest using a spasmolytic for the abdominal pain such as Buscopan.

I also suggest using a cycle of antibiotics to treat the H.Pylori infection. I recommend to use a healthy diet and avoid food that can trigger the symptoms.
