Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, you may need ultrasound of testes, as well as a urologist review if these symptoms persist. If no apparent swelling is experienced hernia may not be present and other possibilities like torsion etc should be ruled out. Testicular examination with torch test etc should also be done. Meanwhile the symptoms can be related to urinary tract so Urinalysis and ultrasound KUB may also be needed. Meanwhile OTC analgesics like acetaminophen and anti spasmodic like drotavarine can be used along for symptomatic relief.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Wishing you a speedy recovery.

Regards,
