Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Lower Back

My lower back on my right side has been hurting since last night, after drinking vodka yesterday, I thought it my be my kidney. I ve drank water all day,ate watermelon, and took an Epson salt bath, my urine is clear, but the pain is getting worse. Any other ways to stop the pain?

Pain in the lower back can be due to due to bad posture, inter-vertebral disc inflammation, muscular spasm or urinary tract infection.

I suggest you consult an orthopedician for clinical assessment. Maintaining of good posture and back exercises to strengthen the back muscles can help to reduce the pain.
