Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Lower Right Abdomen

Hi Doctor...I have a dull ache on my right side (waist area just above the hip). It doesn t hurt when sitting still or when I lay down. I ve had it for 4 to 5 days now, but seems to come and go. It hurts if I rock back and forth (side to side, bending at the waist) but does not hurt if I bend down forward. I also get some relief if I put pressure on it. It is not warm to the touch. Advil helps but I m afraid it s only masking the problem. I just had blood work done (yearly physical) and all turned out fine (I did not have this problem then). Otherwise, I feel just fine. Should I be concerned or just wait it out? Thanks... Betty

This s probably a musculoskeletal pain... u need to do stretching exercises to relax those muscles and a muscle relaxant like Diclofenac and Ranitidine will do for 3 days... and u need to take care of Ur sitting postures
