Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Navel

having pain on right side about hip level, straight across from belly button. is worse at night. thought i had kidney stones, but was ok by morning. was ok for a couple days, now it s starting again. when pain diminishes it goes into groin area right before letting up. Any ideas?

I understand your concern
Your symptoms could be due to appendicitis, kidney stone.
I would suggest to consult the general surgeon and undergo routine blood tests, USG scan to rule out the cause.
Treatment will depend on the cause of the problem
Meanwhile take
Tablet tramadol for the sever pain
Take rest, drink plenty of water
