Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Neck, Shoulders, Knees And Hips

I am 55 years old, and within the past 3 moths I am finding more and more every day that my body is stiff in the mornings and thou out the day I feel as if I am 20 years older inside. Everything from my neck ,shoulders, knees and within the past week my hips are bothering al a well. This wakes me up from a sleep to when I role over to the other side. Which ever side I was laying on....It comes with pain from that side. Should I been concerned to see my Dr. or is this just a sign of ageing?

Hi
Thanks for posting on HCM
Even if it is a sign of aging, a chat with your Doctor will still be good as such problems if neglected for long may interfere with your quality of life in the long run.It may be osteoarthritis or any other joint related pathology. Most of these pathologies should not however be neglected given complications.Pain medications like ibuprofen and myorelaxants like miorel will occasionally take care of your symptoms. However, see your Doctor for examination.Your Doctor may judge the need for some lab tests ASLO and Rheumatoid factor.
Hope my answer will help you
Best regards
