Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Neck,face And Ear

I have had face neck ear pain for about twelve years . I have seen the dr, massage therapy, pysiotherapist, chiropractor. I have a mini massager with electronic pads, do yoga,and this all helps but it never goes away totally. I can t stay in bed or sit too long which is okay daytime.

As a first line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.

If symptoms persist better to consult an ENT specialist and get evaluated.
