General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It can be due to nerve entrapment so cervical spine X-ray to rule out any narrowing of disc space or bulge or deformity may be needed. Any signs of compression at elbow may also be ruled out. It's better to get a detailed sensory system examination of upper limbs preferably by a neurologist and nerve conduction studies may be needed.

Meanwhile using OTC analgesics like Acetaminophen or Ibuprofen along with nerve pain suppressants like Gabapentin which may be helpful.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
