Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Pelvic Area

I went to the E.R today becuase I had passed out with this dull ache that comes and goes in my lower right pelvic area, have had previous cysts but ultrasound and c.t scan showed no cysts or appendicitis. Have 6 month old baby, had this pain before pregnancy, nothing while pregnant and now the pain is back. Also have to pee alot don't know if it's related, they ran urine and blood test also and everything was normal. Doc. just advised to stop taking birthcontrol because of migraines with aura, (wasn't having this pain while on birth control) anything else that would cause this pain to look out for? thanks.
