General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Penile laceration can be part of unnoticed friction of penis under the zip during sleep ( most likely tumescence phase ) or else. Primary relief with following guidelines:
- Keep the area clean with antiseptic liquid
- Apply neosporin or polymycin cream for faster healing
- Strictly avoid masturbation or penetrative sex (if active) till complete recovery
- Avoid tight undergarments and jeans till possible.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
