My dad is 87 years old.....he has been a handball ,tennis and racquetball player until he turned 82...his voice has become lower and he doesn t project the same vocal strength as he did 2-3 years ago.....would Slippery elm be of any help? My mom has been dealing with bowel problems for the last 8 months...sometimes ,she says going to the bathroom and having a bowel movement can be painful....she s been using a moist heating pad to lessen the pain in her rectum....I have read about the Wurn technique( non-surgical manipulative massage near the abdomen area to get rid of adhesions that might be causing the problems she has been experiencing. Any thoughts or medical advice! Thank you so much!
