Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Rib Cage After Car Accident

I have a pain In my right rib cage. Sometimes upper sometimes the whole rib. I was in a bad car accident about four years ago and never saw a doctor. Im afraid theres something wrong. My left ribcage pops out and the right seems caved in. But, I don't have money right now.
