Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Right Hand

i have been having pain in my right hand, in palm area and back of hand. I work on keyboard,mouse 9 hours a day. Pain worst by end of day, throbbing, pain in figures,joint area. I have tried otc-pain meds, not finding any comfort. The pain is very sever at times,hand feels very tired.

Hello,

Your symptoms are related to repetitive stress injury. I suggest rest, icing, splinting and elevation.

Often an anti-inflammatory or, less frequently, a steroid injection may be used. A splint or wrap may help protect and rest the injured area.
