Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Right Knee When Standing Up After Sitting In A Chair

I have a strange pain in my right knee. it only hurts when I stand up after sitting in a chair. The pain is on the inside (crouch) side of my knee, sort of near the back of my knee. After I stand and move around, the pain dissipates, and it is gone until I sit down again. I am 73 and in pretty good shape, working out 3 or 4 days a week. Any ideas? thanks Hank

It is mostly due to osteoarthritis of knee which is common in old age women. Take some pain killer like akilos-p or biozobid-plus along with calcium agents like shalcal or toscal-gem. Do hot water fomentation over the affected area.
