Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Right Side Of Abdomen

hi , i am 28 year old guy . from last 3 weeks feeling pain in my right abdomen , in blood report all thing looks good only SGPT is 61 U/Lt . and 7 year before i suffered from pancreatitis . i was regular drinker from last 5 years and left from last coupel of weeks. kindly suggest .

Hi welcome to health care magic....

Your sgpt level is high but not too much...

As you have history of pancreatitis so that your mild sgpt high is from alcohol drinking..
Alcohol can affect pancreatic and hepatic tissue....

So try to avoid alcohol....

USG abdomen done and if fatty liver present than udiliv tablet can be given....

Try to avoid high fatty and trans fat foods like butter, cheese, non veg etc...

Fruits taken more..

For pancreatitis symptomatic management done...

According to cause further specific treatment can be given..

Consult physician for examination and further work up...

If needed gastroenterologist can be consulted...
