Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Right Side Of The Head

My friend is feeling pain in the right side of the head.
over all head also pains.
It gets very severe at times and last for a while.

she feels like drinking lots of water.
Feels pain in arms too

she feels some thing is poking in the right rise of the head...

Please help...

what could be reason be.
