In Stuntman Practice I jump and came down with a shoulder . after this I can not move my Shoulder and arm
I think this is for my Muscle and radian Ointment . But after a week I have pain and this is Much less than the first day . now , I have pain when press my shoulder and think this pain is for my Bone . What should I do ?
