I went the to see my gp last Thursday and she booked me an xray for Monday so i went for my xray and the nurse says I heve a little bit of fluid on the right lung but she said her and the Dr are not worried about it a sent me home and would send my results to my gp. but now I m worried even more to hear that and I don t no what to think is it really bad should I go to A+E. I can t carry on like this it s make me upset and run down but other than that I m fine.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, you can use OTC analgesic like acetaminophen or Ibuprofen. If pain is severe more potent analgesics like tramadol or gabapentin may be needed. Orthopedic surgeon review and radiographs or MRI may be needed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
