Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Shoulder

Hi I ve had painfull shoulder for about a week. Struggling to get comfy and sleep. I ve taken ibuprofen tablets also rubbed the gel on but it doesn t ease the pain. This morning my chest is also hurting like a pain inside. Is this related to my shoulder pain? As I ve googled it and it comes up with call 999 and heart attack. I don t think it s that I think it s related to my shoulder thank you

Hi,
Thanks for the query, I understand your concern.
Pain in left shoulder along with chest pain suggests possibility of heart pain. But here the chest pain is compressive ( as if having weight on chest ). You have to rush to ER if it is so,.. & get heart pain excluded
