Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Sole After Scrubbing It

Hi, I used a dead skin shaver on some thick hard areas on the outside of my feet. Now they are so painful I can not walk on my feet without a very thick pad to protect it. It has been over 9 years now and they are still bothering me. Is there anything I can do for this?

Hello,

I understand it must be very painful. First, tell me do you still have those hard areas on your feet? Are those corns?

If there hard areas are corns then we have to remove them either by surgically or by electrocautery or laser but results with electrocautery are best n chances of recurrence are less.

You can apply salicylix SF 12% ointment at night time n scrub it off in morning time while taking bath. Apply Efatop PE cream 2-3 times per day. Use silicon sole to minimize pressure on foot.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
