Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Spinal Cord

I am mandir (28M, height 5'5", weight 74 Kg) from abudhabi. Last week i went to bed at 10.30 Pm and sleep. At 12.00 midnight my room mates heard some sound from me and when he looked at me he found me unconsious . front part of my tounge was out of mouth and there was deep cup in tough from teeth. he gave artificial respiration to me. then i started to move and i had talked with him without any sence. after 10 minutes, i came to normal condition. I feel too much tired, all the body was full of pain, i did voomiting. I took 4 days to recover from tongue cut. after that day there is pain at my top spinal chord. What is the reason of that incident and what i have to do now.
