Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Testicles

Doctor ik suffering from testical pain frm last 2year......initially i consult with several doctor in dey all says....it nthng serious n due to your restlessness.....
n aftr some tym it stopped......n its again come......in 2mnth....i again consulted wid doc...dey take some ultrasound of my scotrum and found infection and said to me u hve epididmytis orchitis ...and given the medicine. Aftr taking medicine i cure.....bt again it comes....i again went to doctor n nw in blood test ,urine test n in ultrasound ntng comes.....nw im hving fever wid headache....n slow n continues pain in testis.....suggest me smtng sir....my age is 25yr...

I really appreciate your concern, if this is a really infection and then this need to be investigated properly and biopsy would be the test, along with blood culture test, till then for the pain you can try Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg three times in day, Imaging study would be another test that could provide some pathological clue and this would be CT scan, hope this information helps, take care.
