Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Testicles

i have a testicular torsion about 5 years ago ,and now the affected testicle is missing.Now i have a pain in my normal testicle i hav'nt yet removed my damaged testicle,now i am very mch afraid weather the damaged testicle cause any problem? pls help me?

Thanks for your query.

Read and understood your problems.
History of testicular torsion in one testes which is not palpable at the moment and pain in the remaining testicle noted.

You should bother much about the remaining testis as this has to be maintained well.

I would advise you the following:
-Urgent color doppler and ultrasonography of the scrotum , abdominal wall and abdomen to know the status of the missing testis and most important the condition of the one which is remaining but causing pain.
-Urine, blood, tests.
-Treatment to be started immediately.

Opening of the scrotal sac, see the condition of the testis, de-rotate is in torsion and fix it.

If infection , a course of broad spectrum antibiotics, for 3 weeks, symptomatic and supportive treatment.

Scrotal support and treatment as per the reports. The torsion testis in the old times has to be found and removed is there is fibrosis
