General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Myalgia is known side effect of Losartan tablet which is an angiotensin receptor blocker for high BP control purpose. Associated low levels of potassium or sodium also has to be ruled out as the cause of leg and thigh cramps. You should discuss the issue with your treating physician for best decision to alter the molecule or dosage for your condition.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
