Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Thighs

Hello I am type 1 diabetic and when I am hypo I am experiencing a new symptom - my upper thighs ache in the muscle or bone at the front in a line down my leg in my groin and in my buttocks. Its hard to lift them. I feel like they are exhusted and its hard to move them to the side like my muscles are tight. They also feel like they need to be really stretched. This ache is ongoing and troubles me most of the time not just when I hypo but is much worse when I hypo and it is a dull ache that has continued over the last few months. I get it much worse when I am on my period and when i do a bit of walking for example in a shopping centre they ache really bad as though I have run a marathon - they ache too severely to be normal. I feel like I have no energy at all and I dont feel like its just the symptoms of hypo. I feel that the muscles and me are lacking something that makes it all work What could it be? Could I be deficient in something, could it be circulation? Thank you
