Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Vagina After Sexual Intercourse
hello, i have had a problem with vaginal pain. I started when me and my boyfriend had intercourse. I felt like it was dry and pulling the skin when we first started. during intercourse i feel little to no pain, but then after it is tender to the touch, warm, and tingling/burning sensation. it also hurts to wipe after i urinate, there is now burning or any type of pain while urinating. after a few hours the pain will subside to almost nothing and by the next day the pain is completely gone, but restarts as soon as we finish intercourse the next time. what could this be? should I go in and have this checked at the clinic?

Hi, Welcome to health care magic platform. I have read & understood your concern. You seem to have- - Beginner for sex.. & you vagina is not yet dilated.. thus causing more friction & the problem. - Dryness of vagina can be the problem..due to advanced age/ some vaginal infection with loss of normal vaginal flora/ certain diseases like diabetes...Lubrication/ treatment of infection are the answers. -Your partner might have infection.. which is being transferred while sex. . In case of infection both of you need treatment In my view it's better to get examined by a doctor( gynecologist/ urologist ) to get exact cause & specific treatment. Thanks.
