hello, my names dan, i'm 22 male. i'm healthy and athletic 6'1 200. i woke up the other day and as i sat up my abdominal muscles tightened and i had a sharp pain in my lower thoracic spine. when i was 16 i had gotten whiplashed and had pain for a couple weeks in the same area. the pain seems to come and go but with a long period of time in between the pain. it seems to me like it's a herniated disc? what are my best options?
