Suggest Treatment For Pain In Throat And Difficulty In Swallowing
Hi, I am Sandeep, 32 years, 5 8 . Currently i am undergoing lot of pain in my throat from the past 17 days. I have taken Clavum 625mg, Dolomide, Dolo 650, and i go gargling, but the pain does not seem to reduce at all. I can see a white pimple on both the sides of my throat inside, and its very difficult to eat or drink anything. I got operated for fistula last week and i am taking Pantocid for that.

- Take steam inhalation on daily basis.
- Do warm saline rinses several times a day.
- Take Ibuprofen or Tylenol for pain and swelling.
- Avoid taking sharp food and go for walk daily and do not take large meals at a time.
You should consult ENT specialist for proper examination and doctor may order blood test or throat swab test to confirm the diagnosis and may prescribe broad spectrum antibiotics. Go for tonsillectomy if it is advisable.
