Suggest Treatment For Pain In Upper Abdominal Area

I have mild to moderate pain from the upper left side of my abdomen (under my ribs) that comes out the left side of my back. - I feel nauseated and eating first makes it feel better then I feel even worse. - I m female. Have light-headedness. 46 yrs old. Type I Diabetic. Told have borderline gallbladder (the doctor wanted me to have it out - but don t know what borderline means, can guess). I have gastroparesis and also dairy problems (go into shock when having any kind of milk or lactose containing products). - The doctor told me she doesn t care about that pain... so, is it not related to this sickness I feel? The problem started last September, and have lost about 70 pounds from not eating very much. (Still fat, so doctor isn t worried.). - Have had endoscopy - said everything looked normal, except red colored lining in there. - Last time I drank alcohol, I had something like this - lasted for about a week, but went away. - Don t know if it helps, but I thought I d mention it.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms could be due to dyspepsia and most probable cause could be hyperacidity and this can be well managed with "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg and Domperidone 30 mg once in day for four weeks, avoid spicy food or heavy meal, coffee, prior to bed, else this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care.
I find this answer helpful
