Suggest Treatment For Pain In Upper Rectal Area

I have been experiencing mysterious pain in the upper rectum area for over 2 years, once every 6 weeks or so. The pain occurs mostly at night, it starts slowly and builds up becoming uncontrollable and lasting for 20mins. I also have been losing weight over the last year. I did a blood and stool analysis - it showed only high White blood cell count, no sign of blood or iron deficiency. I also never had diarrhea in these past 2-3 years.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it could be due to hemorrhoids, boils, infection and all these needs to be differentiated and ruled out, till then you can try some analgesic but better to tolerate the pain till it diagnosed, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
