Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. If you have tissue like discharge conditions like myoma should be ruled out. A pelvic examination by gynecologist and ultrasound examination should be done. Swab should be taken from the discharge. In case of infection proper antibiotic therapy will be helpful. In case of degeneration of myoma surgical management should be considered.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
