Suggest Treatment For Pain In Wrist, Hands And Fingers

For the past 5 or 6 nights I ve been awakened by pain in my right wrist, hand and fingers. I thought I was just sleeping on it and caused the problem. Last night my arm was aching and I found an oblong knot about the length of a 50 cent coin and the width of a quarter. It s hard, does not really hurt but it won t move. I is inside my elbow below the crease near the inside of my body. No discoloration. I just had a physical 2 weeks ago and everything was good according to my dr. I m a white, 60 year old female.
