Suggest Treatment For Pain In Wrist

very sore wrist. can't flex at all front or back. fingers hurt to wiggle. lump on the top that hurts. I got a wrist brace at the store but it's helping only a little. daily I twist off a very tight cap on an irrigation filter to rise it out and think this has caused my injury. It started hurting mildly a few weeks ago but the last few have been miseablly uncomfortable.
