Suggest Treatment For Pain On Ankle

Hi I am non vegeterian 28 year old male from mumbai i had problem in left foot ankle last 5 months here is no accidental injury their i am taking treatment from ortho. doct. also taken some mediine like Evion ,meganeuron (B12 and C vtmn) but still pain their i am unable to use leather shoes beqz of this please help me
