Angioplasty will not treat cervical spondylosis. The symptoms of cervical spondylosis will persist and this will required treatment from an orthopedist and physiotherapist.

Pain in chest, neck and back can be due to angioplasty. The pain is expected to settle within 1-2 days. If the pain does not subside, then you may have to consult your cardiologist for clinical assessment and relevant investigations.
