Suggest Treatment For Pain On Penis And Presence Of Sperm In Urine

hi doc i am suffereing from Spermatorrhoea from last 9 years sperm fluid in urin, pain in root of penis, curvature, no erection, low memory , very deep dark circles under eyes due to that i cant go any where please tell me what to do, i have used lots of medications but no effect is there.

Passing sperms fluid (as you say) in urine is actually secretions of prostate gland. You need to get your prostate examined by Surgeon or Proctologist. If it is enlarged it needs to be treated either through medication or surgically.
