Hi,

First, I would advise you on your cholesterol levels. Total cholesterol levels should be kept under 200 and you seem to have a borderline raised levels only. HDL should be kept above 50 which is good cholesterol and its good in your case. Triglycerides should be below 150 and VLDL below 30. Overall its fine however I would recommend you to bring the total cholesterol below 200 and everything else which are marginally raised like VLDL and triglycerides will fall in place. Your blood pressure is also within normal range. I would advice you to get an X-ray done for your cervical spine to rule out cervical spondylosis due to the symptoms of light headedness.

There can be many other systemic causes for light headedness which you can rule out one by one. Typically cervical spondylosis causes pain over neck, shoulders, arms along with restriction of movement over neck. It may also causes nerve compression symptoms like numbness or tingling over arms and fingers, giddiness etc. You don't seem to have other symptoms of spondylosis however it should be ruled out as the symptoms of pain over deltoid with lightheadedness ,if related, points to cervical spondylosis. If it comes normal then you can rule other causes of lightheadedness ruled out.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
