Suggest Treatment For Pain On Side Of Abdomen

I have asthma & copd, last nite couldn t breathe had bad pain in right side of abdomen, in pain with every breath I took. I had few hours sleep in pain had 2 lay my body on top of pillow, had a lot of funny tasting phlemgh which is greenie brown colour with streaks of blood, sweating profusely all day, vomited a number of times ( yellow bile) . What do u think is wrong??

Hi,

I think it is intestinal obstruction. Examination and use abdomen needs to be done (you should not eat). The plan may be for surgery.
