Suggest Treatment For Pain On The Back Of My Right Hand

I am experiencing a pain on the back of my right hand just above the fingers and below the wrist. I only hurts if I move the hand to pick up objects. The pain only started mildly a week ago but daily get stronger What could be th source of the pain and what should I do

Hello,

I think it can be tendinitis, inflammation of the tendons. I through may need to use any anti-inflammatory drugs such as Advil or acetaminophen for pain.

Also, try to keep it at rest as much as possible. Repetitive movement or excessive usage may have caused it so it is better not to do those exercises anymore.
