Suggest Treatment For Pain On The Back Of Neck And Spine

I was doing a back handpsring Friday and I didn't land..I fell on my neck and heard my neck or either my back crack..I've been in bed since.not being able to move my neck without it hurting.horrible head pain on the back were the neck is..spine hurts..what should I do
