General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

There are many reasons for the back pain when lying down or breath. I suggest you to do some examinations like X-ray and a blood count. It is possible to be an infection or a muscular stiffness. Meantime, you can use paracetamol or ibuprofen to relieve pain.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Blerina Pasho, General & Family Physician
