Suggest Treatment For Pain On The Right Side Of The Body

I have a pain on my right side from head to toes. It is worst in abnormal on lower side, my chest, under my breast, under my arm. I felt all those areas as I am burning, and really hot like a fire. Sometime, I can t stand with my right food. It continuous throughout, days, months, and years. I need your help. Sometime, I urine a blood and cough blood.

Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, it needs to be evaluated by a neurologist and brain imaging may also be needed. Meanwhile nerve pain suppressants like Gabapentin can be used for symptomatic relief. However if urine and cough causing blood in sputum will need proper work up with clotting profile and complete blood count.
