Suggest Treatment For Pain Post Appendicitis Surgery

I had appendicitis surgery in May this year and on Christmas eve had the same pain which finally was treated with antibiotics, it seems that I have part of the rest of the appendix infected. I'd like to know how to solve this issue, do I have to have surgery again? I'm female 52y, 132 lbs.
