Suggest Treatment For Pain Under My Right Eye Near The Nose

There is pain under my right eye, next to the nos and just above the gum line. I think it is sinus pain or inflammation of the nerves. What can I do to treat it. It does not hurt to eat. I can brush and floss with no discomfort but smiling is painful

You should get an X-ray of your sinus to see how much of it has been involved and then accordingly we can treat it.
